The space crafted here is a premium office space, envisioning an efficient and comfortable working environments. The challenges that the project bears was creating an un-interrupted office space (even not by any structural member) , crafting the experience of openness, generating interactive spaces, incorporating the science of vastu shastra, striving for energy efficiency and last but not the least, to express the taste of post-modernism amidst the dynamic urban fabric in the post colonial city of Kolkata. A positive feedback of the user from our post occupancy analysis helped us to understand the realism of the strategies towards re-imagining the future commercial spaces.
