Tata Eden Court

The design vision for Eden Court - New Town, Rajarhat project is to create an urban Oasis in a new development of Kolkata. An urban street grid is metaphorically superimposed on the site to draw upon series of lines representing main streets, alley ways, and centralized urban green area, providing a wide range of opportunities for all users of the buildings to mix. Five residential towers are rising from within an urban grid that is juxtaposed onto building elevations. The towers are uplifting and highlighted by coloured glass lantern screen and surrounded by fluid green garden with the club house located centrally as the jewel in the park.
